Interesting idea...lots of pictures and descriptions at the link. I tried to copy a pic, but it wouldn't paste (I'm using Firefox and like it, but Explorer seemed to copy and paste better...but the viruses were getting annoying, haven't had any since using Firefox)

Hmm, I'd add a zener diode + green led or something to see when the battery is fully charged.

I prefer my panels outside with cables running to a marine battery/charge controller in the garage, my inverter is with the battery, an extension cord brings 110 volt power to the living space.
